Dude was one of most freak athletes ever 5'7" 180 but he was STRONG. Could squat 400 at 180. 4.3 speed. 42.5 vert Those two knee injuries in back to back years broke his spirit. NFL needs to do more for guys who get hurt like that

I live in Minnesota and I am a Raider fan. My youngest son is 38 and is Vikings fan. It is so sad to hear this about Moore. I lost my stepsister this way, it is so fucking said to think there is no tomorrow. I just don’t understand and feel for all that loved him. There’s a lot.

Police found him in a garage at a home on Ekin Avenue with what they believe is a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Death is under investigation and autopsy scheduled for Sunday. Many reports call it suspected suicide but official confirmation pending. Very heartbreaking. Rest in peace Rondale Moore

Being 5’7” didn’t stop Rondale Moore. He worked tirelessly to become a beast, a powerhouse in a small frame. Two brutal knee injuries came and took more than his mobility. They stole a piece of his spirit and game. The NFL must do better for players like him.

Seemed despondent over successive season ending injuries. Poor kid-NFL really needs to provide mental support for these young kids that put all their dreams on playing football and not having a back up plan for when that is over.
