I disagree. I think dropping the case provides clarity, which will give investors confidence that headwinds are officially over. That confidence will move the XRP price up.

Hypothetically - if SEC drops the ripple case & the recognize it as a commodity ETF, than it's clarity enough that institutions can dip their toes in. Right now, any company being investigated by the SEC can't have investment because stock holders don't pay for high risk investments. The probability that if SEC drops ripple that it will at least raise in value ($4-5) is high. I'd say Japan being so close and plus Saudi and UAE being close behind would probably allow them to buy too, so you're looking around $8-10 after SEC dismisses.

How many times do people have to be told the case has already been settled? It’s not a security and this is about the supposed punishment for ripple whatever fine they have to pay. It’s already done. It’s not going to affect the price. People are so fucking annoying.
