It’s his parents mistake when they knew they are on temporary work visa why they didnot move back when he was in middle or HighSchool. Parents should not put kids into this uncertainty situation. He needs to blame his parents.

In almost all messages you omit to mention that only India born kids age out. You never mention birth country based discrimination in employment based immigration system. Don't hide the basic reason. I know well because I am a parent of an aged out kid.
