They did this in my hood and polluted the river where we used to swim as kids. And look at that beautiful natural environment they are about to stink up.

What a beautiful backdrop. The environment would make an amazing advert. I love it. If LA just had this much water, and shrubs around LA was this green, there would have been no forest fires.

Nature will purify water going down stream. Besides that, it looks like it had just rained so chances are there is enough water for a day or 2 each household.
