The crash at 2:06 is right near my home (the 401 & Weston Road in Toronto). Our traffic has so many bad drivers that they had a show called Rescue 401 until it was cancelled bc one of the tow truck drivers (former cop) was found to be committing insurance fraud for cops. 🤣🤣

So let me get this straight. You speed up so somebody can’t merge and then out of road rage they pass you and you speed up again to get on their ass, but they brake check you and you hit them and you don’t think for one minute that part of the problem is you? Just let them merge.

First vid, the driver didnt allow a merge because the rig was following too closely, then continued following too closely after the car went ahead.

I think the overtaking driver will likely bear most of the responsibility. They crossed a solid double yellow line, where passing is prohibited. After overtaking, they immediately slowed down and cut into the safe following distance the other driver had left, leaving almost no time to react.
