Front desk clerks shouldn’t even say a woman’s room # out loud. Point to it say “here’s your room #.” All the training I did over the years to ingrain that into their heads all thrown away when the female guests tells a stranger their room #…(excluding planned hookups.) 😉

I’ve traveled throughout the southeast and some of the worst hotel rooms are in or around Columbia, South Carolina. It does not make sense, but that is what I found.
