Just did my first MOTS-c pin today and started conservative at 2mg. Felt absolutely nothing right away, no energy surge or noticeable change yet. Did the pin at 5:00am and worked out at 6:30am. A few of you mentioned getting a pretty quick boost. For those who’ve run it (especially at lower doses like 2-5mg): How long did it take for you to notice energy, stamina, or “more in the tank” effects? Same day? Few days? Or does it build slower over 1–2 weeks? Am i on the right track with low-dose and let it build slowly, or crank this shit up? Reminder that MOTS-c is for research use only / not for human consumption. LFG

At this point, based on the actual numbers, it's pretty clear some of the big Xbox fan accounts on Twitter, are orders of magnitude more toxic in their volume of console war negativity, over any other platforms. Whilst at work I figured I'd do some analysis on the numbers, since opinions/perception is one thing, hard data/numbers another. In terms of three PlayStation centric accounts to compare that are repeatedly brought up by Xbox fans or had the most comparable day one negativity: Most negative Starfield timeline tweets in a single day: Red Dragon - 7 KingThrash - 4 (all his own gameplay) JayDub - 3 Most negative Spider-Man 2 timeline tweets in a single day: JayRock - 82 PeterOvo - 43 The BlackViking3 - 33 Some trolling and negativity is typical within the community, but the sheer volume of obsessive vitriol coming out of some of these Xbox accounts, is unprecedented and bordering mental health concerns. And going by most negativity in a single day for these games, as a barometer to measure degree of obsessive toxicity, the Xbox fan accounts here are 1030% more vitriolic in console war contributions, and frankly in an entirely different league that's not even comparable. The incessant nature strikes me as extreme propagandist, genuinely insane behaviour. Pretty staggering difference when you think about it, and an eye opener in discussions around which big platform centric Twitter accounts, are the most toxic with console warring.

#ProjectNewZealand Day 3/4/5: 28km/51km/17km After a long day on the move yesterday, I found myself still on the trail late into the night. Phone dead. Head torch fading. Miles from my team. Nearly 50km deep, I’d bowled through forests, mountains, rivers, whatever New Zealand had thrown my way. But moving through it all at night was a different kettle of fish, and I was starting to think I’d slightly overcooked this one. With just a few emergency bits on me, I navigated off my watch and eventually stumbled across a hut. Inside, to my surprise, was a Canadian lad I’d met a few days before. He lent me a sleeping bag liner, and I wrapped up with my foil blanket like a human baked potato. The kindness of strangers coming through yet again. Not every day goes to plan on these projects, but that’s kind of the point. The best adventures aren’t the ones that run smoothly, they’re the ones that force you to adapt, push through, and trust that the next turn in the trail might just bring exactly what you need. Jumping on some tarmac over the next few days to crush some mileage. Hope you’ve all had a great week out there🫡
