Sounds like a goodbye to me. Shame because he's such a great guy and exactly the type of person I want managing the club, but it just isn't working out right now.

This man brought Luton in to the Premier League and some of you are sitting there in your armchairs giving him stick. Support him like you did when he was winning. It’s a much better recipe moving forward.

Really decent guy, gave me the single best day and memory related to football with the people closest to me. Make no mistake about it the last two transfer windows were atrocious, the summer and pre-season was a mess. It’s not all on Rob, the board need to look at themselves.

I’m a Reading fan, with no particular feeling or opinion about Luton Town, but that was a tough listen. This guy got you lot promoted and clearly really cares about your club. Sack him and bring in who? Mark robins the only decent manager available that you could get

Boro fan here… that sounds like the type of manager you want at the team. He genuinely cares. This is a bad spell yes, lots of teams come down with a hangover and second year thrive. I would keep him. Who could you actually bring in there’s nobody out there
