His claims of self defense and being afraid for his life/safety are getting blown apart by every witness that takes the stand. You can’t claim that you feared for your safety but refused to leave an area where you weren’t supposed to be even after being asked to leave 15 times. Telling someone… “Touch me and find out” …is provoking them. You can’t claim to be afraid and to be defending yourself while at the same time instigating and provoking a conflict. If Karmelo was afraid and really thought he was in danger he had every opportunity in the world to separate/distance himself from that danger. But Karmelo wasn’t afraid. GOOD NEWS 🙏 Today, we received a message of peace and reconciliation from Baby James’ extended family in Kisii. An elder Mr. Jason Ombui was sent to Nairobi to deliver an official apology on behalf of the family regarding the actions of their son, Samuel rika. After a positive meeting where they also met Baby James we accepted their apology and agreed to give the family full access to the child whenever they wish to visit. We thank God for standing with us and guiding us to unity and understanding. The child remains safe, loved, and well cared for.
