Robbie Hummel That guy rocked.

That guy still rocks

He’s become a great announcer.

@ZachVogt30 Man just imagine if his knee didn’t blow out 17 times

Torn ACLs derailed sure fire Final Four runs, oh what could’ve been

I played against Robbie and his incredible Valpo team in HS. Once boxed him out and he put his knee on my head going up for a rebound. He indeed rocked (and still does as an announcer).

Best color guy in the business at the moment

@BoilerBall Those damn ACLs😭😭 the baby boilers were so much fun to watch

My favorite Purdue basketball player of all time!

Yea he did

I'm far from an expert, but I have always believed he had the best fundamental basketball skills of any Purdue player in my lifetime (and I'm old). That jump shot is absolute perfection. On top of that, a genuinely nice person.

Robbie was a problem at Purdue and the kids these days will never know

@gregmclnk Hell of a musical choice.

And still rocks. Maybe best color guy in the game

Greaaaaat number 4!!!

@RobbieHFanClub Smoooooooth

This is nice but it isn’t Kelsey Barlow @ThatGuyRocked

Purdue was primed for final 4, but I think Hummel broke his back like 4 times

Him and Big Dog getting hurt really hurt Purdue’s chances for a Natty.

Even better at broadcasting

@BoilerBall Larry Bird with genetically inferior knees, and less handles

@KBrews_Clues Never forget the long bball shorts….

Need a Jordan McCrae one. Straight bucket getter

2 consecutive years Robbie, E'twaun, and JaJuan were championship run ready. 2 years in a row Robbie blows the knee right before the tourney. Heartbreaking.

Yes. It why the damn Cranberries song? Come on man.

Sadly, he did.

More college players! This account rocks!

Great color guy! 2nd best behind the GOAT Raf.

Robbie works about 6 games a week

Need a Frank The Tank Kaminsky reel

#regionrat

I had a jersey totally forgot about it

@BoilerBall He was so good best free throw shooter in Purdue history

Hit us with a Patrick Sparks post.

@BoilerBall I’ll never get over it!! 😭

@RobbieHummel still rocks as a basketball commentator mainly for the B1G Ten Network
