Would I be able to use this and give the vfx I make with my animations to a programmer and it save them any stress in the coding vfx side of things since I animated them in the plugin?

The plugin itself comes with a live API for game development, meaning you could export the animation; provide the exported file to your programmer, and with a few lines of code they can execute it. They can also add hooks to it, modify functionalities live, etc..
