I can actually hear them bitching about Lisa calling in sick today.

Ya, but let's see them do a fitted sheet!

Phew, and they don't get a salary, or benefits, or health insurance, or get sick, or create unions, or go on strike, or go on vacation, or get pregnant, or quit. Damn, the golden dream of capitalism come true. Finally. 🤣

All the boring jobs gone. But at the same time I did lots of boring jobs and learnt alot about myself and life by simply doing them.

Hotel managers seeing this post like

Time saver for sure, gives the employees time to do other work!

We have officially reached the future… especially for those who loathe folding clothes. Now I wonder, can it handle this? 😂

😂😂 The terminator finding out he’s gonna he folding laundry instead of fighting wars against humanity:

I need one of these

Towels are easy. Big floppy sheets are the hard part for laundry robots - thats where the real time goes.

Next will be this

Why can’t we get these robots to review, verify and count the mail in ballots?

Can I order one on Amazon?

それでロボのメンテナンスが一番大変なんだろう。

Hotel laundry? looks more like Prison laundry.

No, these are not robots! They are tele-operated clothes folding devices in San Francisco run by workers in the Philippines! Would have expected @sciencegirl to know better!

Seems more sanitary. Would you say.

Including fitted sheets? Now that's a skill!

Finally a robot I'd actually want at home 😂 folding laundry is the real final boss

Productivity and efficiency.⬆️

cool

robots out here folding laundry better than i ever will. respect the grind

If you stop complaining about the job you have to do and actually do it something like this won't replace you!

Will they start cleaning my room without me requesting it (as started under the covid regime?)

You tip them by leaving a can of WD-40 or 3-In-1 Oil in front of the maintenance room.

House keeper jobs are gone

i trust robots with my laundry more than i trust most people with my food order tbh

all the tech bros in the comments never folded a single fitted sheet in their lives.

But do they do it with love

This is how you will identify brainwashed comments. I’ve worked in and owned hotels. Nobody ever wanted to fold laundry. Ever. It’s one of many tasks, so that will open time for others.

They don't need to be humanoid robots to perform that task.

Exactamente para eso
