I never really got to explain this journal clearly so I’m going to start being transparent, this journal was gifted to me in October of last year when I started to learn how clothes are made. I decided to document everything I’ve been learning by writing and putting Polaroids in it. I’ve carried this with me ever since and what I have started doing is scanning the pages and putting them online for anyone else learning about clothing. I’m grateful for who I’ve met and what I’m continuously learning. I feel like I need to share it with you guys.

I got into MMA over boxing because I thought there were no politics. I thought it was simply: do the work, the best fight the best, and that’s the way it goes. That’s what hurt me the most. 20 miles every day next week 🫡 Last July I completed running 15 miles every day for a week. One of the toughest week but now with a few more months training and a full week off I will attempt to run 20 miles every day for a week. Over 140 miles of pure tarmac. Not raising money, nor doing it for views or clicks but to show myself I can do this and to raise awareness for mental health. Every run will be logged on my Strava page (Marcus Skeet) to prove I am doing it as well as daily updates. It’s going to be cold, it’s gonna be tough and dark but it’s going to be possible. Well at least grandmother thinks so

jaehyun.. 🥹 🐶 no… everyone! it’s not like i’m pretending to be calm about doing a challenge with jungkook sbn, of course i’m the most nervous! of course i want to do it the most! do you think i don’t know that? sbn might be going on tour soon, so we might not even get to film it… but the reason i keep being careful and avoiding talking about it is because it could feel like a burden to him. and if i keep bringing it up, it might make army uncomfortable too… so i’m just trying to be careful and stay quiet about it. 🐶 and it’s not like i have sbn’s phone number or anything, so i can’t contact him directly, so i asked through the company instead. and honestly, even just that alone is such an honour to me. every moment this week has been so exciting and i’ve been really happy. 🐶 i should probably stop bringing it up now… i feel sorry.. to army as well… let’s just keep it comfortable… okay…

It is not racist to say "I am proud to be white." White people invented civilization and I am proud of that. I don't think I am better than anyone because I am white. I am just honest about the accomplishments of white people and the West. I think it is beautiful. The world is so deeply anti-white that every time a white person expresses self love, it is interpreted as an attack on non-whites. I love myself and my whiteness and I am not ashamed. I think everyone should be encouraged to love their cultural heritage, not just racial minorities. Are you brave enough to say "I am proud to be white?" Caitlin on what she learned through injury this season: “I think when I get a few years down here in my career, I think this is a moment and a season I’ll look back on and be like, this why I am who I am today… It was hard sitting on the bench, I’m not going to lie, but I think it taught myself how to be a really good leader and how to be a really good teammate… when you’re on the sidelines and you don’t have your jersey on, you can observe and really learn about people… how can I show up every single day and pour into them and be there for them… but also going forward down the road, if I have a teammate that’s injured… I know I will always show up for them and be there for them and check in on them, because it is an incredibly isolating thing, and you don’t realize that until you go through it… I think all of that is probably what I’ve leaned most.” 🎥: Tony East

I’m building my personal website to look like VS Code. Not a normal portfolio. Not one of those “please hire me” type of websites. This one is different. It’s about who I am, what I build, what I teach, what I create, and the joy I find in tech. The site is already like 80% done Vibe coded 60% of that😂 Wrote the code for the Terminal feature myself. Right now, I’m still adding more ideas and making it secure small small (I no wan see any wahala because of vibes coding). Some employers might not like it. But that’s okay. Dem no even be my target. I’m building it because I genuinely enjoy stuff like this. Because I like when tech gets personality. Because sometimes the best things come from curiosity, passion, and just saying “abeg make I try something different.” Would you people like me to open-source it when I’m done so others can use it too? Also, drop ideas for features I should add. I want this to feel like an experience, not just a website. I am also building an open-source product for my company called StageSygnal. Will be ready soon so all of us can use it and even add features to it since it will be open source.

#SEONGHWA planned to dye his hair back to black right away but will be keeping it blonde for promotion as well! ⭐️: I was originally going to dye it back up right after filming the music video… but the bleached hair matched the song so well that I thought, “Ah… if I keep this for music shows too it’ll look really pretty.” So I debated it a lot and since I haven’t covered it now, yeah.. I think I’m going to keep it for a while

Chums! Baby Dog here. I am going to see my Groomer, Natalie, today for a TIDY UP. So I am letting my friend Ron sit in The-Best-Sofa-Spot to keep it warm whilst I am gone. It’s hard not to give him the Side-Eye, because, ultimately, I want to be sitting there myself… but he will miss me when I’m gone so I am being KIND. Wish me luck today! #dogsofX #catsofX

Here is the moment when I see my hand for the first time. I was pretty shook honestly. I then felt sadness come over me. I felt weird for the rest of the day and found myself avoiding even looking at it. After doing a training session I found the strength and confidence to look at it again and took a photo I will share with you on slide two. It’s going to take sometime to get used to this. But today I feel much better and excited that it is out of the cast. I’m not allowed to do anything with it yet, but I am moving my fingers and that’s big progress. I have to say Dr Donaldson did an incredible job and I am so happy I have a path forward. I just want to be open how that path feels. I am focused on the opportunity I have ahead and I am motivated for this new challenge. But it did hit me how different my hand looks, and even how it looks nothing like it feels. Going to take sometime before I am comfortable with this. However, I know I did not choose the comfortable path. Instead I chose the winning one. Just like sport, to win in your personal race it requires overcoming massive adversity.

I don’t talk much about my sobriety, because it wasn’t supposed to be a thing. I mean, I didn’t think I had an addiction. Then it hit me. It doesn’t have to be an addiction to be a problem. I haven’t drank since Sept 9, 2022, but I made no announcements the day I stopped drinking. Maybe, that was to escape accountability. I’ve thought of taking a sip since, but it always comes back to, “what good has it ever done?”. So, here we are 3 years, 8 months later, & life is better. I am better! #MentalHealthAwareness #Sobriety #Addiction
