Anxiety is a signal to be interpreted and properly acted upon. You experience anxiety when you’re knocked out of your lane. Life can beat you down and keep you out of that lane for a while… DO NOT GIVE IN to numbing agents that disrupt and dampen the signal. If you have anxiety and don’t know what to do.. if it’s been a long time start with this. Walk every single day outside in nature. Start with one mile.. 18-26 minutes is all that’s required. Do that every day and expand on it. Moving your body will help alleviate the anxiety you feel and free the mind to come up with solutions to your broader problems. This is biblical, Elijah, David, Jesus, and is supported my science. Start walking.

@BrianRoemmele Rollo May's research (1950s) revealed anxiety isn't just psychological - it triggers measurable physiological changes in heart rate, cortisol, and neural activity. The body's threat response system hasn't evolved much since our ancestors faced physical dangers.

I agree. I think it usually happens to us when we’re not reaching anywhere close to our potential. When we opt to stay home and be lazy instead of going out into the world and making a living and starting a family. The cure for me was being productive and responsible.
