🚨 New: Loudoun County Public Schools is being put on notice for a third time by the U.S. Department of Education for Title IX violations. 1) In July 2025, Secretary Linda McMahon announced LCPS is violating Title IX by allowing boys to use girls locker rooms and bathrooms and vice versa. 2) In September 2025, the Department concluded Loudoun County failed to meaningfully investigate complaints of sexual harassment by two male students concerning the presence of a member of the opposite sex in male-only intimate spaces and the female’s recording of the two males in the facilities, yet thoroughly investigated the female student’s sexual harassment complaint about the boys. Earlier this year, the boys won a settlement with the Loudoun County School Board. 3) Now the Department is investigating LCPS to determine whether Loudoun violated Title IX by failing to prevent and properly address allegations of sexual harassment. This investigation was prompted by WJLA stories that showed a student is accused of recording 40+ students in school bathrooms.

The co-pilot of the Learjet that crashed into the ground in Florida has been identified as 20-year-old Nathalia Filgueiras, texted her boyfriend just 10 minutes before the crash. Filgueiras' mother said she "always knew" a plane would "take her away from me." The pilot was flying to the Bahamas when the plane plummeted 20,000 feet per minute into the ground. "I wanted her to live her dream, but I knew that her dream was going to be the thing that would take her away from me," her mother told the New York Post. "I knew that a plane was gonna take her away from me. I always knew it, but I was so proud of her. I know she was living her dream." Just 10 minutes before the crash, Filgueiras reportedly texted her boyfriend: "I’ve got turbulence, I’ve got ice." The female pilot got her pilot license in high school. Her stepfather says she had 1,300 hours of experience. In a social media post, Filgueiras boasted about how young she was as a pilot with her boyfriend. "How often do you see 2 pilots under 21 with a commercial, multi-engine, instrument, CFI/CFI-I," she said. 8 other people were on board the jet when it crashed. They have yet to be identified.

Nick analyzes what IMPEACHMENTS will look like once Democrats take control in November 🤔 "As this is happening, the public is souring on Trump. They’re finding out about pay to play. They’re finding out about quid pro quo.”

After making every ad himself for 1.5 years, he took the playbook the best e-com brands have used for years and made it work for B2B SaaS: creators make the ads, get paid a cut of the ad spend, and the best of them earn $100K+ a year. Over the past year, Wispr Flow grew revenue 30x+ and recently raised at a $2B valuation. Hector shares his full playbook. Bill Hader says the humor in ‘THE CAT IN THE HAT’ appeals to both kids and adults. “You don’t see a difference between, ‘This is for kids, and this is for adults.’ Funny is funny. Emotions are emotions. That seems to be where sometimes things trip up.”
