If our alliance is really that weak then it’s not an alliance. Using American tax dollars to fund a never-ending war is extremely relevant when there is so much we need to fix right here at home.

The longer they fight the more territory they lose. How is that irrelevant?

When the US starts building roads and bridges around the world instead of dropping bombs, we can keep our place as the head of the free world. We need to radically change our foreign policy before it’s too late.

So, he wants to spend $60 billion (plus interest) for signaling and not to fundamentally change the outcome of the war. And each year, his successors will come back for another $60 billion.

It’s accurate but irrelevant, because while the money does go to the physical territory of Ukraine, it’s not meant to be used by Ukraine. It’s just laundering.
