I would need to see the data to see if any of those released under the First Step Act to make an educated comment on this and I don’t have the time at the moment. I’ll revisit this later. Just putting a pin in it.

About 31 of the old clauses have been deleted today. What has been passed now is an empty piece of legislation under the old name. It is not the same bill.
