Ronald scored from first base on a single to center. He's getting held by Fredi Gonzalez at third and just "nopes" right through it. 29.8 ft/sec sprint speed and a First-to-Home time of just 10.03 seconds, his fastest time of the season

Ronald is SIX STEPS from third base when the centerfielder gets the ball. Obviously, the throw going into second instead of home helps, but YEESH

THE CENTERFIELDER HAS THE BALL IN HIS GLOVE RIGHT NOW AND RONALD SCORED

boys are playing with heart but the pitching is covering that up

True 5 tool player

Yet somehow @MLBTheShow thinks he’s a 60 speed

Ronnie seeing Freddie's stop sign

Ronnie is a special player talent wise no question! But what separates him is in the midst of a very disappointing season, in the 4th inning of a Monday evening in July, with his team already leading by 4, he’s running the bases like a banshee to try to get another run. Stud!

How do you find the sprint speed on that play so quick?

MLB Research Tool

Can you link it or is it something that’s only available for certain people?

It's not open to the public, no. Sorry!

“Nopes” 😂

I picture him shaking his head slightly as he looked at Fredi and just kept on going

Flat out on a mission right now

If there is ANY hope of making a playoff push this season, this is the energy we need. And if they even think about maybe almost kinda considering a Ronald trade? I’m flying to Atlanta for some conversations.

@MLBTheShow

buzzed the tower

@MLBTheShow increase his speed on DD dude

@MLBTheShow 63 speed huh

@jj_timmons

So confused, because when you see him play the field sometimes he moves like he’s hurt💀

This is why Freddie Gonzales was fired in the first place!!
Now that’s hustle…well done!

2 acl surgeries and he can still do this. Amazing

Relentless. This wasn’t by chance. He was prepared. What an absolute stud… plays full throttle and I love it.

In other words, Freddie Gonzalez is once again useless.

Nah, Fredi was right to hold him. It took his amazing speed and two defensive miscues - the throw going to second base instead of the cutoff man and the shortstop hesitating a split second before coming home - for him to be safe

“Nopes” 😂
