Yes, we know that he can hit 93MPH fastballs down the middle. But major league pitchers throw breaking pitches that he flails at every at bat.

He does not have a large enough sample size to write him off. He’s never been given a real shot to build tempo. Look at Jordan Walker this year. Way too early to completely write him off
