Our Baba He would make the joke and join us in the laughter. That was our Baba Buhari. Behind the image of a firm and disciplined leader was a man of warmth, humility and quiet humour. He took us not just as aides, but as his children. He guided us with a fatherly hand. Baba didn’t need to raise his voice to command respect, his character did that on its own. We will miss his presence. We will miss his words , which are always measured, wise and rooted in truth. We will miss his leadership — calm in chaos, firm in storms and always anchored in principle. Day 50 of traveling through Asia searching for wild weed growing naturally in the Himalayas. Some of these are clearly 16 to 20 feet tall and they’re only halfway done. Can you imagine them when they are peak height full of flowering colas the size of baseball bats. This is on my travels through Nagarkot, an hour outside Kathmandu, Nepal. 🇳🇵 daily average temperature is between 90 and 100° thank God for the daily rains which last 1-2 hours usually in the morning or evening. Driving up to the mountain you find wild grown ganja plants all along the roads, and in every yard and even up on top of the ⛰️ which I hardly ever see cannabis growing in the pine forest outskirts. Nagarkot is a kind of local resort areas for the local Nepali, Indian and Chinese. I think modern history has been lying to us, I have a deep rooted believe that humans, homo sapien, and our ancestors have been using cannabis for millions of years. ✊ Free the plant 🌱

Trigger warning ⚠️ Listen with an open mind 🙏 Sometimes speaking about taboo subjects on the internet, with the intention to destigmatize them and dismantle stereotypes, feels like walking with stilettos in the middle of ruins. But even if my feet are shaking, I am mindful of each step and walk with conviction and confidence, because I know that what I share is of service to those ready to hear me. So many people ask 'why do people want to engage in BDSM?' Most people who don't understand why, actually believe it is rooted in trauma. Or... share their concerns about the sanity of kinksters. Or simply feel curious about the root of such unconventional intimate practices. Well... after years of playing professionally in this Realm, it is only when I became a Mother (I was out of the industry as a Practionner and only Mentoring) that I had the biggest breakthrough in terms of this question... WHAT IS IT REALLY ABOUT? I shared my perspective in different groups and classes to test my theory and see how it is received. I was quite uncertain at first, as I know the kind of backlash we can get from associating anything related to childhood and the ę/rotic. But since people associate BD|SM with childhood trauma all the time, I wanted to offer an alternative perspective. So take this as my personal opinion and not the absolute truth. What if... it was connected to our memories of safety and security experienced while we were still unconscious little beings, that were taken care of by loving parents that used a lot of equipment and behavioural educational tools to protect us? What if the deep feeling we seek is one of being seen, taken care of, secured, kept safe while being disciplined and punished from someone we trust has our best interest at heart...?
