@Rory_Talks_Ball Taking the two players on the ground for the scenarios out of the equation, Man City have two available players to take a free kick, Arsenal had none. Couple that with the actual distance Trossard kicked the ball away. They are incomparable. Are you this really this dim?

@Rory_Talks_Ball You can not restart the game with an injured player lying on the floor. The referee has to ensure that the fouled player is okay before play resumes.
