I am sorry, but your understanding of supplements for hair and skin health is quite wrong. 1/ Multivitamins for health promotion is the biggest myth there is. A multivitamin a day improves health is a promotional gimmick from the wellness industry, health-illiterate influencers and poorly informed doctors. Daily multivitamins give you high-colored expensive urine and long term use increases risk of cancer. See here: 2/ Probiotics are sham treatments except in specific situations. See the WGO 2023 guidelines here: Its use is specific to: ➡️Prevention of antibiotic associated diarrhea. ➡️Shortening duration of acute infectious diarrhea in children by 1 day when given early during course of disease. ➡️Useful for treating "pouchitis" of inflammatory bowel disease. ➡️Reduction in risk of necrotizing enterocolitis in preterm babies. ➡️Using probiotics outside these indications is a waste of your money and time. 3/ Ginseng has no known benefits on the prevention or treatment of any disease condition known to humans. Many of the published randomized controlled trials on Asian ginseng may not be high-quality studies. Ginseng can also interact with your standard medicines and increase toxicity or reduce benefits. See here please: 4/ Omega-3 fatty acids. The only use identified from large quality studies and metanalysis is for treatment of high triglycerides and lowering of non-HDL lipid fractions. Please see this highest quality of evidence: Omega-3 does nothing as mentioned in the video. 5/ Collagen for wrinkles and fine lines, prevention of "aging" and improving "skin health" is actually a myth. Large metanalysis from 2021 showed improvement in skin elasticity and reduction in wrinkles. This one here: But, this metanalysis was done poorly. A rebuttal letter showed that conclusive benefits of collagen on skin health did not actually exist when reanalysed from proper statistical methodology - see here: Collagen will waste your money. 6/ Biotin for hair and nails. I am sorry to burst your bubble, because I know many of you are on this supplement, but it does not work. It is a waste of money. The American Academy of Dermatology Association states that biotin supplementation has no benefits on hair growth/loss or nail health. See here: Moreover, a recent review does not even mention biotin being useful in hair loss. See here: Instagram is full of these overgrown Amul-babies who have absolutely no idea about the science of healthcare or value the role of empirical evidence in advising healthcare options. Do not fall for such people or their garbage handles. And frankly, I think the guy in the video has just about average hair and skin. Not worthy of second-looks even with all that bottled stuff going in.

The scream came from halfway down the block, sharp enough to stop Daniel in his tracks before he reached the next mailbox. Daniel had worked this route for years, long enough to know the rhythm of the street and the families who lived on it. Most afternoons passed quietly, with doors opening, dogs barking, and the soft thud of mail sliding through slots. That routine broke the moment a small girl ran out of the house barefoot, tears streaking down her face as she rushed straight toward him. Her arms wrapped around his waist without warning. "He's breaking things," she cried, her voice shaking so hard the words barely came out. Daniel dropped his mailbag and sat down on the front steps, pulling her close so her head rested against his chest. His voice stayed low and steady while his heart raced. "Hey, you're safe right now," he said. "I've got you." Before Daniel could reach for his phone, sirens cut through the street. A neighbor had already called for help after hearing the shouting and the crash from inside the house. Police cars pulled up moments later, and officers moved quickly toward the front door. Daniel stayed where he was, one arm wrapped firmly around the girl while he talked to her about anything that wasn't the house behind them. A few minutes later, officers led her father out in handcuffs and placed him into a patrol car. The noise was gone, but the fear hadn't left her body yet. She held on tighter when an officer walked over and crouched beside them, her fingers pressing into Daniel's jacket as if letting go still felt impossible. "She all right?" the officer asked gently. Daniel looked down at her before answering. "She's just shaking," he said. "We'll sit here for a minute." The officer nodded, understanding the unspoken need for time, and turned back toward the house to speak with her mother. Later, Daniel would learn the truth from the officers. This wasn't the first time. The fear had been building for months, and the silence had lasted far too long. At that moment, none of that mattered. Daniel wasn't a mail carrier anymore. He was simply the calm place she found when everything else felt loud and unsafe, the steady presence she could hold onto until her world stopped spinning.

The Board of REACT19 regrets to inform our community of the sudden cancellation of this week’s meeting of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) at the CDC. The meeting was cancelled following a federal court ruling that blocked recent vaccine policy changes and invalidated the current ACIP advisory panel while legal challenges move forward. For many in our community, this meeting represented a long-awaited opportunity. After more than five years of waiting, patients and families had prepared impact statements in hopes that the urgent need for clinical recognition, research, and care for those suffering from serious post-vaccination conditions would finally be discussed. For those living with these conditions, this cancellation is deeply painful. It means more waiting, more uncertainty, and more time without the clinical guidance needed to help physicians recognize, diagnose, and treat patients who have been suffering for years. Our hearts are with every member of this community who had hoped their voice would finally be heard this week. However, even in this difficult moment, important progress continues. On March 18, REACT19 will still be part of a historic step forward at the CDC. A proposal for a new ICD-10 diagnostic code related to post-COVID-19 vaccination conditions will be presented, opening a public comment period and moving the medical system closer to formally recognizing these patients. Diagnostic codes are more than administrative tools. They are a critical foundation for clinical recognition, medical education, research, insurance coverage, and ultimately the development of treatments. Establishing an ICD-10 code would represent an important step toward building the clinical infrastructure needed to care for patients who have too often been left without answers. While the cancellation of the ACIP meeting is a heartbreaking setback for our community, the work to achieve medical recognition and appropriate care continues. If the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services prevails in its appeal, the ACIP process may resume. In the meantime, REACT19 remains committed to ensuring that the voices of patients are heard and that progress toward recognition, research, and care does not stop. To every patient and family who has shared their story and stood with us through years of uncertainty: we see you, we hear you, and we will continue advocating for the care and recognition you deserve. — Board of Directors REACT19

ECLAMPSIA: ONE OF THE MOST DREADED IN PREGNANCY AND LABOUR. DO NOT WAIT TO HAVE SEIZURES AT HOME BEFORE YOU TREAT THAT RAISED BLOOD PRESSURE IN PREGNANCY Walk with me... Will you? ...Long read. When Danger Whispers Before It Screams: Eclampsia, and the Women We Are Still Losing Dear Women and Men, My dearies, no pregnant woman should convulse before we care, and this is not poetry, this is policy, this is science, this is humanity. When I watched that video, a woman convulsing in pregnancy, I felt my heart splinter, just a little, because I have stood in that room before, and I have fought that fight, and I have watched a shaking body argue with death. It is never sudden. It only looks sudden to those who arrive at the last sentence without reading the earlier chapters. That lifeless stare, that chaos of limbs, that trembling cry, it is the final paragraph of a story that could have been rewritten much earlier, and much more gently. We call it eclampsia, a name that sounds almost elegant, and yet it is one of pregnancy’s most ruthless murderers. It is what happens when blood pressure rises and rises, and then decides it wants more, more damage, more danger, more destruction. The brain rebels, the liver strains, the kidneys falter, and the woman, the woman who is carrying life, begins to lose herself. Sometimes it announces itself with blurred vision, and sometimes with swelling feet we excuse, and sometimes with a headache that drums and drums and refuses to be ignored. And then, suddenly, the body convulses, and the room fills with panic, and everyone asks, How did this happen? But before eclampsia, there is pre-eclampsia, and it is quiet, and deceptive, and almost polite. It comes with numbers slightly raised, with symptoms easily dismissed, with discomfort we normalize because women are taught to endure. We say, It’s stress, and It’s pregnancy, and It will pass. And we forget that danger rarely knocks loudly; it prefers to whisper first. And so we miss it. And then we mourn it. This is why antenatal care is not ceremony, not routine, not something to be postponed. It is a rescue mission. When a blood pressure cuff tightens around your arm, and when urine is tested for protein, it is not box-ticking, it is listening. It is watching. It is standing between a whisper and a scream. It is the difference between prevention and tragedy. So, my dear women, do not wait for your body to convulse before you seek help. Do not cradle pain in silence, and do not let culture, or fear, or false reassurance convince you that everything will be fine. Sometimes it will not unless we act, and unless we care, and unless we pay attention. Because truly, no pregnant woman should die. Not in a world that has magnesium sulphate to still the storm. Not when blood pressure can be controlled and babies can be delivered safely. Not when knowledge exists, and care can save both mother and child. And so, when next you see that video, do not scroll past, and do not sigh and move on. Let it interrupt you. Let it remind you to check a blood pressure, to attend that appointment, to insist on care. Let it remind you that antenatal care is not only about the baby, it is about the woman carrying life itself. Because eclampsia is not destiny, and it is not punishment, and it is not inevitable. It is preventable. And no pregnant woman should convulse before we care.

🚨 NEWS FROM NASA In a bold and decisive move, NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman just announced a $20 billion plan to build America’s permanent base on the Moon — and they’re doing it in just 7 years. Today, NASA officially confirmed it is cancelling plans for the Lunar Gateway — the small space station that was supposed to orbit the Moon as a waypoint for astronauts. Instead, those components and resources will be repurposed directly for the surface base, accelerating humanity’s return to sustained lunar presence. The goal is clear — move beyond short visits and flags-and-footprints missions. NASA wants a real, long-term foothold on the Moon: habitats, power systems, rovers, scientific labs, and infrastructure that can support crews for months at a time. This base will serve as the foundation for deeper space exploration, resource utilization (like mining lunar ice for fuel and water), and eventually — Mars. The $20 billion investment over the next seven years will reshape major parts of the Artemis program. It comes with real urgency too — China is pushing hard toward its own crewed Moon landing by 2030, and the U.S. is determined to lead, not follow. This isn’t just about science. · A permanent lunar base means:Testing technologies for Mars missions in a real off-world environment · Developing in-situ resource utilization (turning Moon dirt into rocket fuel and oxygen) · Opening the door to a true cislunar economy · Inspiring the next generation of engineers, scientists, and explorers Private industry will play a massive role, as always — with contractors already building key hardware now being redirected. This is the kind of ambitious, focused leadership the space program has needed. From the first boots on the Moon in 1969 to building a thriving outpost there by the early 2030s — what an incredible leap forward. Significanly, the Moon isn’t just a destination anymore: it’s becoming home base for humanity’s expansion into the Solar System.

Investing in RWA Property Tokenization: A Comprehensive Checklist Propbase encourages everyone to research heavily into finding future proof tech with market fit. This is what you should look for and how we achieve it! Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization is transforming real estate by allowing fractional ownership, increased liquidity, and global access to property investments through blockchain. 1. Experienced Team with Relevant Expertise Look for founders and executives with proven backgrounds in real estate, blockchain, finance, and tech to ensure the project can navigate complex markets. Propbase Ticks This: Yes. The team includes Kevin Goos (Founder & CEO) with over a decade in property marketplaces, Hudson Leung (Executive Director) in strategy and ventures across Asia-US, and Jesse Gage (Executive Director) in digital media in Southeast Asia. Their combined expertise in Web3, SaaS, and global marketplaces positions them well for success. 2. Innovative Technology and Blockchain Integration The project should use a secure, scalable blockchain with low fees, supporting features like smart contracts for transparent transactions and cross-chain compatibility for broader access. Propbase Ticks This: Yes. Built on Aptos for high-speed, low-cost transactions (~$0.01 each), it also integrates with BASE and Ethereum via bridges for seamless cross-chain transfers. This enables efficient tokenization and fractional ownership, turning properties into liquid digital assets. 3. Strong Regulatory Compliance and Legal Framework Ensure the project adheres to laws in its operating regions, with structures like LLCs for legal ownership to protect investors from regulatory risks. Propbase Ticks This: Yes. Every tokenized property is held in a U.S.-registered LLC, providing true legal ownership and compliance, unlike synthetic RWAs that only track prices. This verifiable structure adds a layer of investor security in Southeast Asia's growing markets. 4. Clear and Sustainable Tokenomics Token supply, distribution, utility (e.g., governance, fees), and incentives should be transparent, with mechanisms like staking for long-term value. Propbase Ticks This: Yes. The PROPS token (on Aptos) powers governance, transaction fees, staking for benefits like fee discounts and early access, and rewards (35% allocation). With 75% community allocation and an 8.68% annual inflation rate, it fosters engagement without excessive dilution. 5. Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Support Collaborations with real estate developers, hotel brands, or financial institutions can enhance credibility and property sourcing. Propbase Ticks This: Yes. Properties are managed by established brands like Wyndham Garden and CASSIA Banyan Tree, eliminating investor hassle in maintenance or tenancy. This ties into a broader ecosystem for resilient, high-yield assets. 6. Robust Security Measures and Audits Prioritize projects with blockchain immutability, secure smart contracts, and ideally third-party audits to mitigate hacks or vulnerabilities. Propbase Ticks This: Yes. All transactions are on-chain for transparency and immutability, with a focus on secure ownership recording. While specific audit details aren't highlighted in recent overviews, the Aptos foundation emphasizes security, and the platform's decentralized nature reduces fraud risks. 7. Market Potential and User Adoption Assess demand in target regions, user growth, and features like low entry barriers to gauge scalability and real-world utility. Propbase Ticks This: Yes. Targeting Southeast Asia's booming property markets, it allows investments from $100, enabling fractional ownership and diversification. Features like monthly rental yields and P2P trading drive adoption in underserved areas. 8. Liquidity and Accessibility Tokens should be listed on reputable exchanges, with easy buy/sell options and global reach to avoid illiquidity traps. Propbase Ticks This: Yes. PROPS is tradable on platforms like Coinmetro, with cross-chain bridges enhancing accessibility. The P2P marketplace allows anytime trading of property tokens, boosting overall liquidity. 9. Transparency and Community Engagement Regular updates, roadmaps, and community tools (e.g., governance voting) build trust and long-term support. Propbase Ticks This: Yes. Through Nexus Governance, users vote on proposals, and the roadmap (e.g., Propbase 2.0 with DeFi lending) shows clear progress. Active community rewards and referrals encourage involvement. 10. Risk Management and Investor Protection Features like insurance, diversified assets, and clear exit strategies help manage crypto and real estate risks. Propbase Ticks This: Yes. Legal LLC backing, professional property management, and staking incentives provide protection, while focusing on resilient assets minimizes volatility. Highlighting How Propbase Is Doing It Right While no other project is without risks in the evolving RWA space, Propbase exemplifies thoughtful execution by blending blockchain efficiency with real estate fundamentals. Its low-barrier entry (starting at $100) democratizes access to high-yield Southeast Asian properties, addressing traditional market pain points like high fees and illiquidity. By prioritizing legal compliance through U.S. LLCs and on-chain transparency, it builds genuine trust—something not all tokenization projects achieve. The integration of DeFi elements, like lending in Propbase 2.0 (Coming Soon), adds innovative liquidity without overcomplicating things, and partnerships with top hotel brands ensure steady yields. Overall, Propbase's focus on scalability, user benefits, and verifiable ownership makes it a standout for investors seeking balanced growth in RWA tokenization—honestly delivering on the promise of blockchain-meets-real-estate. If you're exploring this niche. Welcome to Propbase Where it's built right!

With the DeFi sector being in constant evolution, striking the right balance between stability and adaptability is essential. It's important to be agile and responsive, adjusting strategies to meet new challenges as they arise. However, while maintaining adaptability, it's essential to uphold a steady approach, emphasizing careful and calculated decisions that minimize risk and ensure each move aligns positively with a long-term strategic vision. At Hatom, synergies and sustainability are top priorities. This approach involves carefully considering how each decision benefits individual goals and contributes to the overall health and growth of the entire ecosystem. By focusing on sustainable protocols that mutually empower each other, we aim to create a robust and resilient environment that benefits all users, ensuring long-term success and stability. A prime example of this strategy is the introduction of the Booster and Accumulator, two unique products that did not exist elsewhere and were developed in response to the need to enhance the intrinsic utility of $HTM. These products not only reconcile the interests of investors with those of users engaged in our ecosystem but also leverage our TVL to build a robust economy for our token, $HTM, which will continue to add value as the ecosystem grows over time. Our initial plans were foundational, but what's coming will be monumental. As we delved deeper into this space over the years, our vision became increasingly sharp; today, we're excited to share our refined plans with you. What we aim to achieve would not only transform the #MultiversX DeFi landscape but also have a drastic impact on the entire DeFi space. At Hatom, we're building an entire omni-chain ecosystem, and with Soul Labs, we're crafting the interoperability infrastructure layer that will connect Hatom with other established liquidity protocols, breaking barriers without the need for bridging, thus immediately unlocking tremendous liquidity and opening endless new DeFi opportunities. Subsequently, we aim to extend this in a second phase to tokenized real-world assets, potentially creating one of the largest DeFi primitives ever to exist. That being said, let's take a deep dive into our vision for the future, where we'll explore various initiatives, from Hatom's evolution to an Omni-Chain Protocol to the release of Soul Labs, and our integration efforts with #Bittensor and their token $TAO, among other key developments. Please note that while the order of product releases is displayed chronologically, it could change if we deem it necessary. 1/3 👇

I want parents to really think about this. Imagine paying good money for lessons because you care about your daughter’s long-term development… and the first thing you’re told is that “swinging down isn’t correct.” Instead it’s barrel depth, elite path, and swinging up because “that’s what the pros do.” That’s where development goes backwards. Most young athletes aren’t broken they’re underdeveloped in movement. They don’t understand shoulder angles, how to get on top of the ball, situational hitting, or how the body actually organizes a swing. That’s not their fault. That’s instruction skipping steps. In my cage, athletes do not swing up first. They have to earn the right to swing up by first owning the down. We stay at the top of the zone, learn how to find the down, and teach how the shoulders orient the swing. The up isn’t cued or forced it’s a byproduct of correct movement. What floors me is how often kids, especially in softball, are taught to swing up immediately. How do you start middle-down and swing up in a sport where the ball is traveling on an upward plane? It makes no sense. Baseball and softball mechanics are the same the body doesn’t change. But instruction must start differently because pitch plane is different. Baseball breaks down. Softball rise spins up. If a softball hitter can’t control the down out front, they’ll never handle elite rise. Once control is there, the femur turns down, the torso gets pulled up, and the natural up shows itself. No forcing. No manipulation. I can post videos like this all day. I’m not teaching a “style.” I’m teaching how the body is designed to move. I’m demanding because parents invest real time and money, and I won’t waste either. If you want game swings that hold up to velocity and plane find the down!

The pompous English buffoon that Bowen is grovelling to is a total clown show called Lord Turner — and the idiot is spewing complete and utter bullshit. "Look out the window?" Give me a break. How about he pulls his head out of his arse and actually educates himself and looks at the historical data? When has Australia NOT had droughts, heatwaves, and bushfires? Has this arrogant English clown ever heard of Australia’s Federation Drought that ran from 1895 to 1903? What about the catastrophic Black Thursday bushfires of 1851 that wiped out a quarter of Victoria? Or the savage heatwaves of the 1930s? Or Australia’s most intense and deadly cyclone on record — Cyclone Mahina in 1899, which killed over 400 people? This pompous, ignorant fool doesn’t have the faintest clue about Australia’s climate history — and yet he has the stinking hide to lecture us. If he bothered to check the long-term data, he’d see there’s been NO increase in droughts, NO increase in heatwaves, a clear DECLINE in wildfires, and since satellite records began in 1970, a steady DECLINE in both severe and non-severe cyclones. Yet we’re stuck with a brain-dead nincompoop in Bowen — a historically illiterate, a clueless fool who doesn’t even know his own country’s history. And these two absolute morons actually believe that if they piss away enough taxpayer money, they can stop bad weather. There aren’t enough curse words in the English language to describe their breathtaking incompetence, rank ignorance, and staggering arrogance. They are brainless, deluded idiots who are bankrupting their nations, driving up the cost of living, and causing real hardship — all while selling out Australia and the UK’s sovereignty to the Chinese Communist Party. Everyone of their policies to try and stop bad weather only hands a political, economic and military advantage to the Chinese Communists. Meanwhile, sitting up in Beijing, the Chinese Communists are laughing their heads off at these useful idiots as Australia and England commit economic treason, deliberately crippling our industries in the greatest wealth transfer in history — a suicidal handover of our national prosperity straight into their pockets.

When the Road Starts to Sway: A Story of Alcohol and the Cerebellum When Mr. Raju (name changed) walked into my clinic, he did so cautiously; each step measured, each turn deliberate. At 50, he was still in the prime of his working life in Maharashtra, but for the past six months, walking had become an act of constant vigilance. Over the last two months, it had worsened noticeably. He described a strange sense of imbalance. “Doctor, I feel like I’m swaying… sometimes to the right, sometimes to the left,” he said. He had not collapsed dramatically, but the fear of falling had quietly reshaped his life. He walked slowly, avoided crowded places, and had almost stopped going outdoors unless absolutely necessary. There was no vertigo, no double vision, no weakness of limbs. But one detail stood out during history-taking- Long-standing alcohol consumption. He estimated it at around 90 ml daily. His relatives, seated quietly beside him, exchanged glances. They felt the amount was probably much more and had been so for years. On examination, the clues came together. His gait was broad-based and unsteady, with a tendency to veer sideways. Simple bedside tests showed poor coordination. The rest of his neurological examination was relatively unremarkable, pointing clearly toward one part of the brain-the cerebellum, the body’s master coordinator. An MRI of the brain confirmed the suspicion. The cerebellum showed clear signs of atrophy-shrinkage that had developed silently over time. For Mr. Raju, the scan was sobering. Until then, alcohol had been a routine part of life, never something he associated with neurological disease. He had expected liver problems, perhaps. Not this. The Silent Target: How Alcohol Damages the Cerebellum Chronic alcohol use has a particular predilection for the cerebellum, especially the midline structure called the vermis, which is crucial for balance and walking. Alcohol-related cerebellar damage occurs through multiple mechanisms: 1. Direct neurotoxicity Alcohol and its metabolites are toxic to cerebellar Purkinje cells-neurons essential for smooth, coordinated movement. 2. Nutritional deficiency (especially thiamine) Chronic alcohol consumption often leads to vitamin B1 (thiamine) deficiency, further injuring cerebellar neurons. 3. Oxidative stress and inflammation Long-term alcohol exposure promotes neuronal damage through oxidative injury and impaired neuronal repair mechanisms. Over years, this damage leads to irreversible neuronal loss, visible on MRI as cerebellar atrophy. ✅What Happens If He Quits Now? The most important message for patients like Mr. Raju is this: Stopping alcohol matters at any stage. 1. Progression can be halted: Continued drinking almost always worsens ataxia. Abstinence can stop further damage. 2. Partial improvement is possible: While lost neurons do not regenerate, balance and coordination may improve modestly over months due to brain adaptation and physiotherapy. 3. Function can stabilize: Many patients regain confidence in walking and daily activities with sustained abstinence, nutritional correction, and rehabilitation. 🔴However, if alcohol use continues, the ataxia typically progresses, increasing the risk of falls, fractures, loss of independence, and disability. ▶️The Take-Home Message Alcohol-related cerebellar degeneration is a slow, silent, and often overlooked neurological consequence of chronic drinking. It does not announce itself dramatically; it creeps in as subtle imbalance, cautious walking, and quiet fear of falling. For patients, families, and clinicians alike, recognizing this condition early and acting decisively can make the difference between stability and steady decline. Sometimes, the most powerful treatment is not a pill or a procedure, but a decision: to stop. Dr Sudhir Kumar Neurologist, Hyderabad

Premium cinematic action quality. Bright daytime Los Angeles atmosphere with realistic haze, realistic motion blur, realistic fabric movement, realistic body weight, real inertia, and practical environmental interaction. The sequence should feel like a premium action movie shot, not animation, not a game cutscene, and not a cartoon. CAMERA: One uninterrupted drone follow shot only. No cuts. No resets. No jumpy edits. No impossible viewpoint teleporting. The drone camera must stay wide enough to show both the heroine and the environment together. It may tilt, roll, arc, climb, and dive with the motion, but it must always feel like one real flying camera tracking her. Keep the framing intense and fast, but always readable. ENVIRONMENT: Bright daytime in a dense modern city inspired by Los Angeles and Hollywood. Show: - tall glass and concrete high-rises - rooftop edges - billboards and signage - palm trees far below where visible - busy roads and traffic far beneath - bright haze and sunny atmosphere - believable large-scale urban depth The action must happen mainly high above the street between tall buildings, not low near the ground for most of the video. VILLAIN RULE: Only one villain appears in the entire video. The villain is one adult male enemy only. He wears a fitted black suit, black shirt, and black shoes. No mask, no armor, no fantasy costume. He appears only in the rooftop combat section. Do not generate multiple enemies. Do not generate background enemies. Do not clone or duplicate the villain. ACTION RULES: The heroine’s movement must feel hand-and-foot driven, not magical floating. She must visibly: - fire thin tether lines from her hands - swing with real tension and momentum - push off building surfaces - run along walls with clear foot placement - absorb landings with bent knees - sprint briefly on a rooftop - fight one villain using fast practical action - finish in control Her body mechanics must stay realistic: - core engaged during swings - arms extended or flexed according to line tension - knees bend on landing and push-off - visible transfer of momentum between swing, wall-run, leap, landing, and combat Do not make her hover weightlessly. Do not make the tether line act like magic. Do not make her float in place unnaturally. EMOTIONAL ARC: - opening: shock and immediate control - mid-swing: intense focus - rooftop approach: rising confidence - rooftop fight: sharp aggression and urgency - ending: victorious adrenaline and fearless release AUDIO: No music. Effects and ambience only: - rushing wind - tether firing and tension snaps - air pass-by - foot impacts on walls and rooftop surfaces - city ambience far below - distant traffic and horns - fabric movement - breathing - one short rooftop fight impact sequence - one powerful final shout from the heroine TIMELINE: 0:00–0:01 Start from black into a shocking rooftop-edge fall. The heroine is already dropping backward off a skyscraper. For a fraction of a second it feels dangerous and uncontrolled. She immediately flicks her wrist and fires one thin tether line upward. It catches instantly. The drone yanks back and reveals the start of a huge swing. 0:01–0:04 The heroine swings at high altitude between tall buildings. The city is far below. Her body forms a long aerodynamic arc, one arm holding tension through the line, legs trailing cleanly behind. The drone follows wide and slightly rolled, emphasizing height, speed, and scale. 0:04–0:06 At the swing’s forward rise, she releases the line and redirects toward a nearby glass-and-concrete building. She plants onto the wall and runs across it diagonally with 4 to 5 clear steps. Her feet hit the wall with visible force. Her jaw is set and focused. The drone stays close but wide enough to keep the city depth visible. 0:06–0:08 She pushes explosively off the wall, fires a new tether line, and swings again through a narrower corridor between tall buildings. The movement should feel faster and more controlled now. She threads cleanly through the urban gap and angles toward a rooftop landing zone ahead. 0:08–0:09.5 She releases the line and lands hard but controlled on a rooftop. Knees bend deeply to absorb impact. She rolls into a short forward recovery step, then rises immediately into a sprint across the rooftop surface. 0:09.5–0:12 One villain in a black suit steps in to stop her. Keep only this single enemy. The heroine engages him in a short, sharp rooftop fight. She avoids his first attack with a quick slip, grabs or redirects his arm, drives one fast body shot or elbow, then uses his off-balance momentum to throw or slam him down onto the rooftop. The fight must feel quick, practical, and decisive. Real impact reactions. No slow choreography. No extra enemies. 0:12–0:13.5 The villain is down and no longer a threat. The heroine steps past him and moves to the rooftop edge. Wind moves her hair and outfit. She looks outward over the city with intense adrenaline and triumph. 0:13.5–0:15 At the rooftop edge, she turns slightly toward the open skyline, lifts her chest, and shouts one powerful final line: “가자!” She immediately launches forward off the rooftop edge into another leap just as the clip ends. End on the feeling that the action is continuing beyond the cut. IMPORTANT RULES: - one continuous drone follow shot only - no cuts - no teleporting - no cloning - no multiple villains - only one black-suited villain - no giant web canopy - use only thin functional tether lines - no franchise logos - no copyrighted chest symbols - preserve the uploaded identity consistently - action must stay realistic and momentum-driven - rooftop fight must be short, sharp, and readable - final shout must be “가자!” NEGATIVE: no cartoon, no anime, no game-engine look, no fake CGI stiffness, no floating, no weightless hovering, no random disconnected acrobatics, no city-wide web canopy, no superhero logo, no copyrighted spider emblem, no extra enemies, no masked villain, no armored villain, no cloned villain, no empty city, no dark night setting, no rain, no slow motion, no blurred identity, no outfit drift, no face drift, no extra limbs, no broken anatomy, no unrealistic hand deformation, no collision with buildings during swings, no messy unreadable fight.

Trump’s Long Game to Topple the Iranian Regime Trump’s strike on Iran was not a random move. It was the final piece of a larger strategy that has been unfolding since he returned to office. Most people look at the February 28th strikes on Iran’s military targets and assume it was simply about protecting Israel or stopping an immediate threat. That is only the last scene. The groundwork had been laid for over a year. From the start of 2025, the administration moved on multiple fronts. Early 2025 focused on China. New tariffs and aggressive efforts to bring manufacturing back to the United States were framed as economic policy, but they also squeezed Beijing’s ability to fund partners and expand its military reach. Reduce the cash flow and you weaken the network. Throughout 2025, Russia remained locked in Ukraine. The United States kept support flowing while pressing Europe to shoulder more of the burden. The result was strategic containment. Moscow stayed preoccupied in its own region, limiting its ability to meaningfully back Iran or Venezuela if tensions escalated elsewhere. By mid-2025, the strategy escalated with Operation Midnight Hammer. During the intense Twelve-Day War between Israel and Iran in June, U.S. forces launched precision strikes using B-2 Spirit stealth bombers and submarine-launched Tomahawk missiles against Iran’s primary nuclear enrichment facilities at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. The operation delivered a devastating blow to Iran’s nuclear program with Massive Ordnance Penetrators, significantly setting back Tehran’s ambitions while remaining narrowly tailored to avoid full-scale war. Late 2025 brought a targeted operation inside Iran. US forces struck senior Quds Force figures and disrupted coordination hubs tied to partners in Latin America and the Middle East. Weapons pipelines were slowed. It was a demonstration of reach and precision without triggering a full scale war. A shaping move. On January 3, 2026, US forces captured Nicolás Maduro and his wife in Caracas. This dismantled a sanctions evasion channel that helped Iran move oil revenue. It also disrupted Iranian and Hezbollah networks operating out of Venezuela. The signal was blunt. Geographic distance would not guarantee safety. By February 28th, the stage was set. The strikes on Iran’s nuclear infrastructure and key military sites followed. Iran’s Supreme Leader and several senior commanders were killed. The stated objective was not occupation, but degradation. Set back the nuclear program, weaken proxy confidence, and deter a broader regional arms race. Now we are seeing rapid reactions from activist groups linked to Neville Singham. Singham, an American businessman living in Shanghai, has been associated with funding organizations such as The People’s Forum and Code Pink. After prior US actions involving Iran and Venezuela, these groups mobilized quickly with coordinated statements and protests. Trump’s moves were cutting off key money routes and strategic partnerships that help China. Venezuela and Iran were important pieces in Beijing’s bigger global plan for cash, influence, and power. Whenever the U.S. took action, the 2025 Iran hit, grabbing Maduro, or the large strikes in Iran, these well-funded organizations quickly organized protests, statements, and rallies as pushback. When you connect the dots, it becomes super clear: The tariffs on China, the ongoing support for Ukraine, the targeted ops inside Iran in 2025, capturing Maduro in Venezuela, and the strikes that occurred today, these weren’t random or separate moves at all. They were all connected steps in one smart, long-term plan. The goal was simple: break up this loose group of countries working together before they could team up tighter and become a real, lasting challenge to America’s power in the world.
