Rowley Birkin QC #TheFastShow

In my teens, a school friend lived in the countryside, and his neighbour was an old Lieutenant Colonel. I had the pleasure of meeting him once and he was like a real life version of Rowley Birkin QC. Told us fascinating stories about WW2, and he was of course very, very drunk.
