As always I start with generating first 10s with SD 2.5: "Roxie: @ TAG CHARACTER 1 Diesel: @ TAG CHARACTER 1 Location: @ TAG LOCATION SHOT 1 Medium-close frontal shot of Roxie and Diesel by the railing. Roxie holds her pink phone, looking at it happily. Diesel stands beside her, calm and observant. Suddenly, a black crow flies extremely close across the foreground, briefly obscuring them. Both immediately look up toward it. Do NOT fully reveal the crow yet. No dialogue. CUT TO: SHOT 2 Change camera angle. Very low close-up of the rusty railing. The crow lands directly on the railing close to camera. Focus on its claws gripping the metal. Roxie and Diesel are softly out of focus in the background. Roxie still holds her pink phone. Keep the crow normal-sized and realistically proportioned. After 1–2 seconds, rack focus from the crow to Roxie and Diesel, making them sharp while the crow becomes soft. No dialogue. CUT TO: SHOT 3 Change camera angle. Wider side-facing medium shot. Roxie and Diesel stand together behind the railing, with the crow perched beside them. Fully reveal the crow now. Roxie puts her pink phone away. She and Diesel step closer to the crow and stop near the railing. Roxie, fascinated: “Wow, so cool.” Diesel studies the crow seriously: “That’s strange. I haven’t seen one of these… in years.” Short pause before “in years.” His delivery is low, serious and uneasy. The crow remains perched and watchful. CUT TO: SHOT 5 Change camera angle. Closer medium shot of Roxie and the crow. Roxie curiously reaches toward the crow like an excited little kid. Just before she touches it, Diesel notices and urgently shouts: “Roxie, don’t!” CUT TO: SHOT 6 Change camera angle. The crow suddenly pecks Roxie’s hand. Roxie instantly jerks her hand back in pain and shock. Immediately afterward, the crow powerfully launches upward from the railing. Make its upward movement clear and readable. Roxie reacts with surprise. CONTINUITY: Roxie holds her pink phone in SHOTS 1–3. She puts it away in SHOT 4. The crow must always remain normal crow-sized and realistically proportioned."

Then I just re-upload this first video to SD 2.5 and extend from there. I usually generate plentyy of gens and then just cut the in shot and stich the best ones into one video sequence. "Extend @ TAG PREVIOUS VIF Roxie: @ TAG CHAR1 Diesel: @ TAG CHAR2 SHOT 1 Low-angle shot looking toward the sky. Continue directly after the crow pecks Roxie’s hand. The crow suddenly launches from the railing and rapidly flies about 2 meters upward, then stops and hovers, flapping its wings. Camera quickly follows it upward. Keep this shot very short. Do NOT transform yet. CUT TO: SHOT 2 Brief close reaction shot of Roxie and Diesel looking upward. Roxie is surprised and confused. Diesel looks suspicious and alert, realizing something is wrong. This is their FIRST reaction, before the transformation. CUT TO: SHOT 3 Tight close-up of the hovering crow’s face @ TAG CROW Its wings keep flapping. One eye mechanically activates: metal components shift open and the red laser @ TAG CROW quickly powers on and intensifies. Fast and threatening. Do NOT transform the body yet. CUT TO: SHOT 4 Wider medium shot showing the full crow hovering. It immediately transforms rapidly into a compact military drone with two shooting pipes. Feathers retract, wings become metallic structures, and the body mechanically restructures. Keep the transformation fast, clear and aggressive. The crow stays in approximately the same position throughout. IMPORTANT: Once fully transformed, HOLD on the finished drone for 2 full seconds. CUT TO: SHOT 5 High-angle reaction shot looking down at Roxie and Diesel. NOT drone POV. Both stare upward at the transformed drone in shock. Roxie is stunned, mouth slightly open. Diesel is tense and alarmed. Brief beat. DIESEL: “Oh shit.” CUT TO: SHOT 6 PACING: Fast and escalating: crow rises → quick reaction → mechanical eye → rapid transformation → HOLD transformed drone 2 seconds → shocked reaction → “Oh shit.” → black logo screen 2 seconds. No music. No background music. No soundtrack. Only natural ambience, wing flaps, mechanical transformation sounds and dialogue."

Thats pretty much it. That was ep.17 of my UNDERGRRROUND series Even though its just two prompts it takes a lot of effort to make the right decisions when it comes to direction, pacing, editing. In total it took me around 5 hours. Follow me for more episodes and tutorials!
