True, but @RoyCooperNC is not governor of NC any longer. @JoshStein_ is. He played footsie with the @dnc shyster election lawyer @marceelias as NC-AG before his “step up”. Both of them did not help WNC much. The legislature allocated $85M for relief and both sat on it rather than use it.
