The same company that built the road from Ajah to Epe build the infrastructure in that estate. Craneburg. You think that place is your regular Lagos estate? Royal Garden is old glory and the value of that place will tank/stall as there are better alternatives.

@NovaOfLagos You’re right but the people being the estate are connected and have their papers sorted from federal and state govt. For nature, the estate has ocean barriers. Not as big/strong as the ones in eko Atlantic though.

@Boluu__Tifee I feel connection is for moment. once your connection is been transferred or retires. Then it becomes a problem And for nature. Like you said. The barrier isn’t big or high enough. But a beautiful location to be.
