Typing error while outside :) there were forums to discuss the paper leaks . Official neet students participated , no one caused injury. There are ways to voice opinion.

Krishna ji you are getting into Congress vs BJP. I am citing this example. I have never supported abusing someone who has passed away , the cause of protest got hijacked by anti social events. There was a proper forum where neet students and parent participated.
There were no anti social elements. There was no highjacking happened. The media and propagandists will let you know this only…oooo anti-social elements..look look protest highjacked…look they are violating rules and laws..! Protests are meant to violate the rules and laws. Name one anti-social activity before 20th July at Jantar Mantar.
The issue in question was Neet Paper Leak , the stage was occupied by JNU professors and you are aware of the slogans and belittling of Hindu beliefs and God in particular. The student leader was AD and Saurav D all leading lavish lifestyles …what kind of protest was this…

The VC is saying freedom of expression doesn't mean freedom to abuse. But the problem is how selectively this rule is applied in our universities. When students raise issues about fees or facilities, it is called anarchy.

सरकार BJP की है तो VC कांग्रेस की विचारधारा का होगा? UPA के समय में भी VC कांग्रेसी या वामपंथी होते थे। जनता सरकार चुनती है तो उसे दलों की विचारधारा का ज्ञान होता है। वोट के वक्त ही तय होता है कि RSS से जुड़े लोगों हर जगह होंगे। यह जनता ने तय किया है। RSS का कब्जा क्या होता है?
