To be fair these cars wouldn’t have floors producing the level of downforce f1 cars have so less aquaplaning . Also Indycar have mandated minimum ride height is 2 inches.

Also, remember that there are no tire warmers in Indycar. You get your ass out there and generate tire temp yourself…from zero. And no power steering. Each of those corrections you see, that’s a fight.
