I am so happy for Est, last time he told us that he missed swimming and today he went to his natural habitat and I think he is feeling more relaxed right now. After so many weeks of full work and busy schedules he finally have the time to release stress, enjoy the water and maybe recording a challenge that we saw he likes.

I was on my last set of 40 when I felt myself began to slow down. I didn’t think much of it at first, but I started feeling a little funny on the way to the treadmill to cool down. It was a very weird, feeling not tired, not dizzy this weird fog. I tried walking for about a minute, but felt off to the point I sat down. I definitely think I push myself a little too far today.
