u/WifeCantWontDontCook: A bit of lore and context: Path of Exile 1 has a pretty fanatic following. It's among the most complicated games out there, with over a decade of development, during which dozens of new mechanics have been introduced. Players with 2,000+ hours get confused with some of these mechanics. Naturally, new players tend to get overwhelmed pretty quickly, but those of us who stick around and really learn it take the game very seriously. Grinding Gear Games, after announcing PoE 2, promised that it would not get in the way of PoE 1 development. And then they immediately broke that promise. It's hard to believe that in PoE 1, we used to have three-month leagues. The last few patches have been spaced out by four months instead. Our last major league, Settlers of Kalguur, was released almost nine months ago now. About a month and a half ago, the loyal PoE 1 players were getting pretty antsy about how long we had been without a league. GGG addressed this, essentially saying, "Oh yeah we haven't really even started the next league." This threw oil on the proverbial fire, and GGG capitulated by giving us a mini league called Phrecia, which gave each class new ascendancies. But PoE 2 is very different from PoE 1. It's slow. A normal act boss in PoE 2 just drags on and on for someone used to PoE 1. There's no real crafting system in the game either, which makes getting your gear set up to just be an RNG fest. All the mechanics from PoE 1 have been dumbed down and watered down, so for a player like Ruetoo, it just feels like a lesser game.

A small teaser of Astromeda! It's a game inspired by Pokemon, Undertale, and OneShot. Wishlist on Steam! #TrailerTuesday #indiegame #IndieGameDev #GamingNews #Steam

@pathofexile Are you listening to the feedback yet? No one likes what you are doing.

It's an overreaction, but it still makes some valid points. I was watching his stream. He stopped playing and was watching other streamers give up on their huntress builds. I shouldn't need to combo a white mob 5 times. I shouldn't need to combo a white mob at all. It should be for rares and bosses only. Even then, the combo feels terrible and unrewarding. And mathematically, it's better to not perform the combo.

can't be more true

These streamers and their constant temper tantrums are all soo fucking annoying. Soo entitled.

He's right yknow. Played 300 hours on EA release and refuse to touch this league.

It’s not to late ggg, Poe 1 with better graphics is still possible, se believe

@pathofexile please let us skip campaign when a new "season" starts.

Agreed

He grabbed that mic like he was about to slurp it

Playing huntress lightning build, 35lvl at the moment, never had problem with mobs. Most of this is just overreaction, i clear rare packs with 4-5 spears with herald of thunder.

He should go play D4 and let POE2 be for ppl with hands

poe2 bad

Thats a lot of meowing

Based, it's so bad.

Basic attack huntress FTW

Based

@CarnivoreKing88

they made a spear class that cant even dual wield a spear Why would I want to throw such a cool and unique weapon

yall just ass at the game and cant enjoy a fight longer than 1 minute cause ur brain rotten, get good and stop crying online, sure game feels slower and bit harder but its an EA and ALOT will, and will continue to change so stfu and play or quit
