Anyone who claims they don’t send more money to Nigeria since that man stole the mandate of the people is obviously lying. He or she is probably not doing much abroad. Before 2023, I was sending $200 a week to Nigeria as black tax. Fast-forward to 2026, & I am now sending $500 weekly for the exact same obligations. More money is poured into solving the same feeding & healthcare needs Just because you live abroad doesn’t mean you have escaped Nigeria. My weekly remittances are obviously part of the $53 billion in (Gross Foreign Reserves) that fools are celebrating. They celebrate my paychecks (my sweat) & run propaganda with them. Poor Nigerians have no share in that money; the foreign reserves are for import obligations. It exists for the rich only. Only the wealthy can afford to import goods & services into Nigeria. Guys, I’m broken. I am sitting here in tears, and I can't hold it anymore. This country breaks people in ways you never think possible. I have looked for words since yesterdat but I couldn't find any until this video. I have just watched Ssegirinya Muhammad crying, asking why anyone would tie him to such grave crimes like murdering people in Masaka — his birthplace — all because of politics. And honestly, I don’t think I have ever been this heartbroken over anything in Ugandan politics. This man gave up his whole life to serve people. From the moment he became an MP, he didn’t start by “dusting himself off” like most of our leaders do. He didn’t focus on buying fancy cars or securing his own comfort. No. He went straight to work for the people who voted him in. He started projects to help the poor, to take care of the sick, to make life a little easier for the struggling families that elected him. He was different. He cared in ways we don’t often see in our leaders. And how did we, as a country, pay him back? We watched as the system came after him. We watched as he was accused of crimes so ridiculous it hurt to even listen. Murder? Really? They accused him of killing his own people in Masaka. And we said nothing. We just looked on as this man’s life was destroyed bit by bit. We saw his health deteriorate in prison, and we kept quiet. We saw him being denied bail even when those closest to him told us he needed urgent medical treatment. We all remember that judge in Masaka who saw him on a Zoom call from prison and still said NO to bail. The Prisons commissioner told us they have the capacity to treat him in prison even when we later learnt that the whole of this country couldn't treat him. I mean, how can someone see another human being suffering like that and still refuse them a chance to get help? No, guys, NO. Ssegirinya is gone. He’s dead. And this wasn’t just nature taking its course. This wasn’t God’s plan. This was us. This was the system. This was our silence. Our looking the other way. We are complicit. We watched the government persecute a man for standing with the people. We watched them destroy him because he cared more about serving than about playing the political game. We let this happen. And now he’s gone. I keep asking myself — is this what politics in this country has come to? Destroying so many people just to stay in power? Locking up anyone who threatens the status quo without any crime? This is not normal my friends, NO. We can’t just move on from this. A man is dead because he chose to serve his people. He gave everything he could to make life better for his people. And in return, he was fought, persecuted, humiliated, and denied basic human decency. We should be ashamed. The series finale is hot garbage, but they painted themselves into a corner. We get that the orange man is bad. We really get that you hate Elon Musk and couldn't resist killing him in the episode as fan fiction. But what's the point? What does anyone gain or how does it inspire, entertain, teach, or let us grow? We get nothing but an angry writer's grievances for a politician who will be gone in a few years. Contrast that with Westworld season 1, which directly tackled everything from consciousness to AI rights. It was a masterpiece of writing and timeless. The Boys is already forgotten and dead. It has been just over two months (17 May 2026) since Alex Coughlan's rich and meaningful existence was casually and cruelly taken, and both of the accused have still yet to be charged with murder (further charges are likely in time). His family wish to keep Alex in the collective memory of the public as much as possible. This entails more than acknowledging his death but also his life; and so they would like me to share this clip of Alex having a laugh with his younger sister Zara. To give another small glimpse into the type of person he was. To show that he had people who loved him. Who miss him. People whose path's were interwoven with Alex's in a million ways, until evil crossed his path on that unimaginable day. Rest In Peace Alex. Please share.

It's done! First DFPA complete 🙏💯 There was a little delay getting the catheter into the jugular and it took longer than expected...and that's when the tears came. The emotions hit me all at once. I couldn't believe my life had come down to this moment of courage. But the nurses were right there, holding my hand, calm and steady, reassuring me every step of the way. They were absolutely incredible. This is not for the faint of heart. But if you want your life back, you find the courage. 🙌 Having Dr. Kevin by my side was reassuring beyond words. And my son Waylon — I could not have done this without his support. It has meant everything to have him here with me 🥰 And can we talk about the Japanese hospital jinbei for a second? Fitted, matching top and bottom. I felt like I was ready for a runway not a procedure. 😄
