First, I wrote a 1-click launcher so you can easily install and run browser-use Web UI

Second, I tried multiple different LLMs but so far the only thing that seems to work reliably is Google gemini-2.0-flash-thinking-exp-01-21 You can get the API key for free over at google aistudio website:

Finally, just enter any research task into the gradio UI and click "Run"! It will spawn browsers and will perform multiple web search sessions (as shown in the original post video), and finally end up with a single report.

I really love this approach because this does NOT require you to get a search engine API (I was actually just complaining about this earlier). By using a browser directly, you are not bound by API limitations, it actually simulates human browsing

Note that it DOES take a while to do the research. And I haven't tried with a local model (although theoretically it should work) via Ollama or LMStudio yet. If anyone tries with a local model (you need a very long context model) and succeeds, please share!
