No, the person in the excavator didn’t die, my uncle knew them. The top actually has a metal plate that helped with the damage and caved it in, he was also wearing full gear. He fully broke his shoulder and shattered his arm. But he’s actually almost fully recovered
The backhoe operator dying really seemed to inconvenience that lady.
