Generate FULLY CONTROLLABLE 3D assets from a SINGLE image, locally on your PC. Made a 1-click launcher for the official Anigen Gradio app, and a dedicated viewer. Crazy this is now possible. What you're seeing here came from one image. Requires: NVIDIA GPU 6GB VRAM

Dead simple, character swap for any video. On your PC. Maestro by Blaine Brown won many fans for making local AI image/video generation super user friendly. Now it supports a highly efficient implementation of Viggle-Animate: replace any character in any video. Local. Free forever.

I can't believe this is real I have GLM 5.2 running 100% locally on my Mac Studio. 2 bit quant. The results I'm getting are better than Opus 4.8 It's now powering my Hermes Agent and Codex. 100% free, local, private super intelligence on my desk I also have it in a loop coding for me 24/7 now I thought we were at least a year away from this type of event. It happened today. The model takes up about 250gb of memory. So you can technically run it on a Mac Studio with 256gb, but you probably want the 512gb memory version (please tell me you listened to me 5 months ago when these were sitting on store shelves) With Fable gone, I now have Opus 4.8 level intelligence on my desk for free. This is the future. Local, private, secure, personal super intelligence. If you're still writing off local AI as a fad or engagement bait, you are officially delusional

PewDiePie just hit 20K GitHub stars in under 24 hours. The project? Odysseus. A self-hosted AI workspace that runs 100% on your machine. • Agents with tools • MCP built in • Persistent memory • File handling • Windows, macOS, Linux Your data never leaves your device. It supports Ollama, llama.cpp, and vLLM locally with OpenAI and OpenRouter support if you want cloud models too. The crazy part? A YouTuber with 110M+ subscribers just out-shipped most AI startups. And he built half of it using AI.

ANTHROPIC AND OPENAI BOTH MISSED THIS. Someone just open-sourced one SDK that gives AI agents a mouse, keyboard, and screen across macOS, Linux, and Windows. It's called CUA. Same code drives a local VM or a cloud sandbox regardless of the OS. Your agent sees the screen, clicks, types, and runs shell commands like a real user. > Benchmark against OSWorld and ScreenSpot > Export trajectories for model training > Near-native performance on Apple Silicon No separate SDK per OS. No infrastructure headache. 100% Free. Open Source.

A 23-year-old girl built a desktop pet and ran a local LLM on a stock 1998 iMac G3 with 32 MB of RAM and Mac OS 8. She didn’t buy any modern upgrades. She used vintage hardware, a cross-compiler, and Claude to bring AI to a 28-year-old machine. Then she ported Karpathy’s llama2.c to classic Mac OS, compiled it with Retro68, used a Python script to swap the model’s data to big-endian for the PowerPC chip, and successfully generated local text via a 260K parameter model. One vintage Mac. 32 megabytes of RAM. Local inference. A free cross-compiler. Most people see old computers as electronic waste. She treated a 233 MHz processor like a live hardware challenge and forced modern AI architecture to run where it was never meant to exist.

Apple just showcased the ultimate setup for running AI models locally. These are 4 M5 Ultra Mac Studios running Kimi K2.7 Code locally to fix a bug in a 3D rendered scene on XCode. Each has 256GB RAM, so thats 1TB combined memory. Enough to run the biggest open AI models locally like Llama 4, Deepseek v3 and Qwen 3. Perfect for agentic coding when the project codebase is sensitive and you wan to keep it private. This is easily a $50K setup!

Holy moly. 🤯 Jack Dorsey just gave away, for free, a full toolkit for running a company where AI agents work right next to your human team. His company Block put it on GitHub. It's already past 29,000 stars. Here's how you set it up takes about 5 minutes: 1. Copy (clone) the code from GitHub. 2. Run your own server. This is where your chats, search, code, and automatic tasks all live. 3. Add your AI agent into a chat channel, just like adding a new team member. Tell it what it's allowed to do, and let it work with your team live. No fees. No middleman. Just you, your team, and your AI agents all in one place you control. This might be what running a business looks like from now on Worth saving.

A Guy paying $3,200/month to run AI agents in the cloud. Then he stacked 4 Mac Minis on his desk. Cost: • $2,396 one time • $12/month electricity Result: • Cloud bill: $3,200 → $0 • Faster response times • Private data stays local • $38,000+ saved in year one The craziest part? Once AI runs on your desk, every experiment becomes free. The cloud isn't always cheaper.

The easiest way to find out which models you can run on your computer: Just run: - 𝗻𝗽𝗺 𝗶 -𝗴 @𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘃/𝗰𝗹𝗶 - 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 It profiles your machine and ranks the models across: - Speed - Accuracy - Intelligence - Memory required Finally, you can choose your favorite harness (Pi, OpenCode, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to run with it. Get started here: (don't forget to star 🌟) I also wrote a detailed article on running your favorite harnesses with local models. The article is quoted below.

YOU CAN NOW CONTROL ALL YOUR HERMES AGENTS FROM ONE INTERFACE. 🚨 Someone just built Hermes Workspace - the most complete GUI for Hermes Agent. Instead of jumping between tools, everything lives in one place. What's inside: > Chat, terminal, memory browser, and skills manager > Run unlimited agents with 1 orchestrator > Kanban board to track everything your agents are doing > 2,000+ skills to install without leaving the workspace > Works with any LLM provider Stop managing agents manually and start running them like a pro 👀 100% Free. Open Source.

this creator just built a zero-delay auto-aim system on an $8 microcontroller he deployed a custom local AI algorithm on a cheap ESP-32 to track human movement with absolute 0-pixel accuracy. the system completely eliminates standard computation delay. it processes the bounding box and moves the sniper reticle instantly, locking onto the target in real time. the next step is hooking it up to a physical robotic arm. it proves you don't need a massive GPU rig to run complex computer vision. 1. runs locally on a microcontroller 2. local AI inference for zero latency 3. 100% targeting precision when an eight-dollar chip can track movement with zero latency, AI becomes dangerous local infrastructure. this article breaks down exactly how the ESP-32 is powering this physical hardware shift.
