RuneLite recently extended the camera API to make this possible as a plugin! Many ways to improve it, looking to make it as useful as possible for video stuff. I've submitted a basic version to the plugin hub and it'll hopefully be available in the near future.

Lets hope an exception gets added for Plugin / Studio use so that people can apply adjustments to images that are publicly available Still a really good feature, I will be releasing this plugin as soon as Editable Images and the CreateAssetAsync function are out of beta!
