The problem with the Russian opposition is, at its core: it’s still Russians. They need to actually look like they support the invasion because the Russian people do. Now, with luck they would pull out because “This war has cost too much”. But that’s a hope. Because it’s Russia.

I must admit, I was hopeful with Navalny, admittedly because I just hoped for a miracle, now I don't think there is hope for democratic change in Russia.
