"Ukraine has lost 400,000 men"- While the numbers on both sides are inflated, almost half a million lost is wildly exaggerated. I have no idea why anyone views this guy as an authority on this issue, he just parrots the speculations of pro-russian intelligence experts and has no original analysis.
