Moscow, he says, has now received four additional documents to US President Donald Trump’s original 28-point proposal on Ukraine. Meanwhile, territorial issues were discussed, as were prospects for renewed US–Russia economic ties. Ushakov stressed that the concrete wording of the US plan was not negotiated, only the substance. For now, no Putin–Trump summit is planned, he added.
