The First Video is Old Footage of Russian Strikes against Ukraine in 2023. Ballistic Missiles do not make that sound before Impact, that is a Cruise Missile.

First vid is not ICBM

Today, it about RS-26 that Russia use more than what target they hit. Russia claim that they can hit any cities in Europe or America and NATO are unable to do any thing to stop it. This prove that Russian has capability, real thing, not BS.
