According to Ukraine’s 3rd Army Corps, the use of unmanned ground vehicles has expanded to such an extent that dedicated UGV units in some brigades now cover up to 80% of frontline infantry logistics needs and around 90% of evacuations. This is a very important proof of concept: entire brigade-level logistics can be reorganized so that most frontline supply and evacuation work is handled by unmanned systems instead of people. The more widely systems like this spread across the frontline, the fewer soldiers need to be exposed for routine resupply and evacuation. This is exactly the kind of capability that should become standard wherever possible.
