Russian propagandist Skabeyeva has admitted that the Russian army committed a war crime. According to her, Russian forces deliberately struck a "rehabilitation center for Ukrainian military personnel" in the city of Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region. A Russian Iskander targeted what Ukrainians claim is a humanitarian aid convoy in the Chernihiv region while the Russian MOD claimed they targeted a UAV launch position. It makes no sense for there to be a humanitarian aid convoy to be on a small dirt road in middle of a field in Chernihiv but it still could be one. It is not known if the people in photo are first responders or the people targeted. Will update if more information come out.

More specifically, Russian war correspondents were outraged that at the time Russian propaganda presented this strike on a Russian base, after which the unit stationed there stopped responding, as an attack on Ukrainian positions. Now, footage of that strike has surfaced.

Seven people are currently in hospitals after being injured in the Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia, while some others are still undergoing the necessary medical examinations. A total of 37 people have been affected. It was a guided aerial bomb attack that directly targeted the city’s civilian infrastructure. The Russians show no restraint in destroying human life.
