Russian kids in a few years

Whoever made that edit, picked top shelf Al Moutannabi verses

next thing you know, there is a blonde slav 6'2 antarah bin shadad 2.0 🤣

I unironically memorized these verses (passively) because this edit has been ringing in my head for too long. Looked up other recitals of the poem afterwards.

scary: a Russian speaking Arabic TERRIFYING: an Arab speaking Russian.

If only you knew the meaning of this poem, one of its most beautiful verses, if you understood its meaning or if you were an Arabic speaker. A magnificent poem by Al-Mutanabbi.
