Project Blue Beam is a theory about a supposed government program that will use holograms to create a catastrophic style event (alien invasion, etc.) to trick the masses into a one-world government. In this video, Jacques Vallee, exposes Project Blue Beam and states that he discovered White House plans during Watergate and also during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
