Russian corruption is the reason their nuclear weapons /capabilities have most likely been rendered completely ineffective over decades. All components and processes needed have been thieved away. Can’t believe US doesn’t know this and has been sacrificing Ukraine

This will also have a psychologic effect on the russian leadership - nothing is untouchable or unreachable in russia. The war is coming closer and closer to home for them. I would not be surprised if they cancel the victory parade on the Red Square next year.
