The video shows one of the most technologically advanced domestic machines: the 2000VH five-axis milling machining center. It was created for the needs of the aircraft, engine and defense industries. During the Metalloobrabotka-2025 exhibition, the machine processes one of the most important elements of an aircraft engine - an impeller (blade machine). Such parts are used in aircraft engines. The diameter of this aluminum product is 70 cm, the height is about 30 cm, the weight is about 15 kg. The machine copes with the work perfectly - pay attention to the screen! The equipment was created by our holding company "STAN" . The machine is designed for large-sized parts of complex shape. It is capable of working with products up to 2 m in diameter and weighing up to 5 tons. At the same time, the accuracy achieved is up to hundredths of a millimeter. The model is built on a high-rigidity structure, its internal cavities are filled with synthetic granite. As a result, the vibration resistance of the equipment frame is comparable to heavy cast iron. The machine is equipped with a Russian numerical control system and a liquid cooling system. The use of direct drives allows achieving high dynamic stability and eliminating backlash in movement. The German and French governments have announced a realignment of the European Future Combat Air System (FCAS). While the development of the overarching 'System of Systems' is progressing as before, the 6th-generation fighter aircraft integrated within it requires a new, agile industrial setup. 422nd Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion "LUFTWAFFE" have now demonstrated the destruction of a second Russian "Volna Kupol Garant" electronic warfare system designed to disrupt Starlink communications. According to Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov, adviser to Ukraine's Minister of Defense on defense technology, the system works by transmitting powerful interference towards individual Starlink satellites, preventing them from receiving signals from user terminals on the ground. 🇷🇺 Launch of Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket from Plesetsk Cosmodrome ▫️ On 13 September 2025, a combat crew of the Russian Aerospace Forces launched the Soyuz-2.1b medium-size carrier rocket with a spacecraft in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Mozhayets-6 training and research spacecraft developed by the Military-Space Academy named after Mozhaysky and development of astronavigation algorithms. ❗️ The launch of the carrier missile into the calculated orbit proceeded as planned. 🇷🇺 Launch of Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket from Plesetsk Cosmodrome ▫️ On 13 September 2025, a combat crew of the Russian Aerospace Forces launched the Soyuz-2.1b medium-size carrier rocket with a spacecraft in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Mozhayets-6 training and research spacecraft developed by the Military-Space Academy named after Mozhaysky and development of astronavigation algorithms. ❗️ The launch of the carrier missile into the calculated orbit proceeded as planned.
