Gachagua Vows to Make Ruto a One-Term President Former DP Rigathi Gachagua on Monday swore to do whatever it takes to make President William Ruto a one-term president. Speaking alongside opposition politicians Kalonzo Musyoka and Eugene Wamalwa, Gachagua declared that he will work with all Kenyans to challenge Ruto’s administration and ensure the president doesn’t see a second term in office. He lashed out at Ruto’s government, calling it a dictatorship and accusing the president of being intolerant. "He wants his way, and all those ministers are just flower girls," Gachagua said, adding that he was the only one who could stand up to Ruto. Moureen Kinyua, a blogger from Nyeri and by the time of death in May 2019 was a Secretary to an MCA from Nyeri County. Police reports indicate that Moureen, was killed by a drunk driver in a hit and run incident in Nyeri 6yrs ago. Ruto, in a video circulating, he is seen making a call to one Nancy, claimed to be Moureen's mother to condole with her following her daughter's death through an accident. 6 years later, William Ruto now President emerges in a rally and claims that he knows who killed Moureen. He accuses Rigathi Gachagua. My concerns; 1. For 6 years William Ruto has been knowing who killed Moureen and he has been quiet. 2. William Ruto, a whole president, knows who killed a Kenyan and he can't initiate a legal process against that person? 3. William Ruto knew that Gachagua had killed Moureen and he still chose him to be his Deputy President, 3yrs later in 2022? 4. Have the investigative agencies taken up the matter, interrogated the accuser and went on to arrest the alleged perpetrator based on the evidence from the witness (Ruto) on the capital offence of murder? 5. Will Ruto stand in court and testify on the allegations that he has given accusing someone of murder 6 years later! This video summarises all the questions in Kenyans minds. In 2024 we were branded as criminals and accused of being “treasonous” by President William Ruto for resisting overtaxation. However, William Ruto is the real criminal. He was charged with three counts of crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Court (ICC); one for murder, one for the forcible transfer of a population, and one for persecution. The case collapsed because witnesses were either bribed, intimidated, disappeared, or murdered. He also faced several charges in Kenyan courts for stealing and land grabbing. What did Kenyans expect a seasoned criminal to do once he was elected? Serve you? That's not his nature. He was always going to steal and kill anyone who opposes him. What we failed to factor in was that he would have educated people protecting such devilish actions. 2024 is coming to an end, with 29 citizens still missing after they were abducted, while another 71 will never get to see the new year after they were shot dead by Ruto’s killer police. This is one of the most misunderstood aspects of the MJ case. Michael settled a CIVIL case, which had no impact on the criminal one. The investigation continued and a trial would have taken place if his accusers had testified or if evidence had been found for the state to indict him. The accusers had the opportunity to BOTH receive money and pursue criminal charges, but chose not to. He settled the civil case because it was scheduled before the criminal one, which violated his Fifth Amendment rights. The Chandlers admitted in their book that they intentionally created this situation to pressure him into settling. Regardless, this is not relevant to the criminal case itself.
