The physical availability of medical personnel, infrastructure upkeep, and everyday hospital operations are the explicit mandate of County Governments. Except for Level 6 institutions, the welfare of those striking nurses depends entirely on the priorities of individual Governors. Oversight means holding the right people accountable, not blaming a funding tool for operational failures!

You should take health matters back to national can some semiliterate governors supervise doctors.
