He stated, 'Rwanda fired back where the FARDC elements were firing from into Rwanda.' SANDF had no choice except to surrender to M23, raising white flags.

During that time, President #Kagame has been the country’s president for 31 years, yet he is now asking why Rwanda is not developing like other countries. However, there are some reasons that explain this: 1. It is true that President Kagame exploits and impoverishes his citizens, as Charles #Murigande once said. 2. The #wealthy #people in Rwanda who used to create jobs that helped develop the country and provided employment for citizens have been #killed one by one, and their property has been taken by President Kagame. Those who were not killed have been persecuted and forced to #flee the country. 3. The nation’s wealth is not distributed fairly among the people. These are the problems in Rwanda.
