During that time, President #Kagame has been the country’s president for 31 years, yet he is now asking why Rwanda is not developing like other countries. However, there are some reasons that explain this: 1. It is true that President Kagame exploits and impoverishes his citizens, as Charles #Murigande once said. 2. The #wealthy #people in Rwanda who used to create jobs that helped develop the country and provided employment for citizens have been #killed one by one, and their property has been taken by President Kagame. Accordingly, Rwanda is suspending the remainder of the 2024-2029 bilateral aid program with Belgium. This means that all the Belgian staff present in Rwanda under this program will have to leave thanks to Maxime PREVOT threats, who will certainly find them new jobs elsewhere … they should try Congo after the Rwandan experience.

Kabagambe spokesperson of the University of Rwanda University of Rwanda when asked to delete tweets attacking a young woman who said she was “broke” and urged Government of Rwanda Ministry of Youth and Arts | Rwanda to address youth poverty. Instead of respecting her right to free expression, he publicly humiliated her, branding her an “enemy of the state”-a label with serious consequences. BBC News Africa reports indicate she later suffered psychological distress. In his defense, Kabagambe claimed that when the President speaks harshly, no one questions him, so he owes explanations to no one and only answers to Paul Kagame. Wakanda is a prophecy about Rwanda. The map in Black Panther movie, has coordinates that leads you to Rwanda hence the name Wakanda. In the movie black Panther, Kilimonger was given coordinates by his father and it says: “If you can reach these coordinates then you have reached Wakanda” the coordinates in the map takes you to Rwanda. Reminder, Rwanda is the cleanest city in Africa, most beautiful human beings, least corrupt, smart, developing and most of all the most bravest and self disciplined human beings live in Rwanda.

There has been significant media interest in understanding why Rwanda is in Congo, why it supports the AFC/M23 militia, and what its ultimate goal is. However, this line of questioning is problematic as it erases 30 years of history, during which both Rwanda and Uganda have played a devastating role in the Congo. Ending the war in the Congo requires justice. Justice will only be achieved when Rwanda and Uganda are held accountable for their crimes in the region, something that can only happen if their Western backers withdraw support. In the case of the United States, Secretary Rubio must enforce Section 105 of Public Law 109-456 by withholding military aid to Rwanda due to its backing of the AFC/M23 alliance.
