Kabagambe spokesperson of the University of Rwanda University of Rwanda when asked to delete tweets attacking a young woman who said she was “broke” and urged Government of Rwanda Ministry of Youth and Arts | Rwanda to address youth poverty. Wakanda is a prophecy about Rwanda. The map in Black Panther movie, has coordinates that leads you to Rwanda hence the name Wakanda. In the movie black Panther, Kilimonger was given coordinates by his father and it says: “If you can reach these coordinates then you have reached Wakanda” the coordinates in the map takes you to Rwanda. Reminder, Rwanda is the cleanest city in Africa, most beautiful human beings, least corrupt, smart, developing and most of all the most bravest and self disciplined human beings live in Rwanda.

There has been significant media interest in understanding why Rwanda is in Congo, why it supports the AFC/M23 militia, and what its ultimate goal is. However, this line of questioning is problematic as it erases 30 years of history, during which both Rwanda and Uganda have played a devastating role in the Congo.
